Moving Estimator	As a convenience for our customers, we've included this simple Moving Estimator so you can get an idea of the labor cost for your move. The Estimator assumes that the truck or trailer can be placed reasonably close to the site (<60 feet), and that there are no unusual obstacles like long stairs, long carries or steep hills. Bear in mind that third-floor walk-ups and elevators will increase the time for the job. For most jobs we recommend two Beavers, but for houses over 1500 sq. ft., or for third-story apartments, we've found that three Beavers make for a more efficient job. Unloading Calculator If we're also unloading, type 'yes' into the 'Unloading help?' box. Packing Calculator Enter the residence size in square feet. The data used in the Estimator is based on our years of experience and industry standards, but bear in mind that the estimated time and costs are estimates. We have erred on the conservative side. The Packing Calculator assumes that we are doing all of the packing without prior preparation.
